What are my payment options?
You can use any type of card to pay for any plan. If you sign up for an Yearly subscription and plan to spend at least $10K, we can invoice you annually. Contact us to start the process.
Upgrading and downgrading plans - what do I need to know?
You can easily change your plan from the application. Just navigate like so: settings -> payment settings -> upgrade. Once on this page, select the plan that best fits your needs. Once you change your plan, Local Insights prorates subscription costs and credits.
How do I cancel my plan?
Just like with upgrading and downgrading, you can easily cancel your plan from within the app at anytime.
Follow the same path as before: settings -> payment settings. Once on this page, click the cancel subscription button, confirm the cancel, and that’s it. You’re now automatically set to the Free Plan.
Once you cancel your plan, no further invoices are generated. You will have access to all of your previous plan’s benefits until the end of the billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
Generally, we do not offer refunds. If you feel we made a mistake, please contact us. We’re dedicated to making things right.
What do you do with my credit card information?
We use a 3rd party provider, Stripe, to handle payments. Stripe is used by more than 100,000 companies, including some of the biggest in the world. We never store your credit card information, so even if we wanted to do something with your information (we don't!), we couldn't.
